On May 1 2011 ..."dirt" along mattress seams. Reported to housekeeping, mgr, maintenance. Housekeeping agreed, bedbug residue. Mgr, Pat, denied any bugs.2nd night there pulled sheets back and saw live bed bug crawling in sheets! Notified mgr, he saw it, denied bugs in hotel again! Went through clothes in both dresser drawers of both rooms. Clothes had dead bed bugs on them, confirmed by comparing pictures on cdc...

On Oct 21 2010 X the Bugs wrote, 10/20/10 - after being transferred to a third room for malfunctioning rooms, I was given room #514 which within minutes of closing the door, I saw bed bugs crawling out of crevices. I reported this to the manager Pat and he came up to verify the bed bugs. I put some in a plastic cup and show him. On May 21 2010 My friend who stayed in one of their ground floor rooms in Holiday Inn reported bites and rash in her elbow and knee creases the next morning. I don't remember the room number now. It was in late 2009. She asked them to spray the room with insecticides. Not sure what happened after that.
