On Nov 17 2011 We were staying in room 310 in mid November 2011. Just before going to bed we found one bed bug on a pillow. We looked for more, but could not find any. They changed our room to the lower floor. I asked the guy at front desk if he knew of any issues, and he said "no, this is the first time."
