On Dec 15 2011 I informed Marriott of the bedbugs in my room nearly a year before the other listed complaint. I described in complete detail how I was bitten every night during my stay until I bought a bed cover (I had already moved rooms 3x for other reasons and was not moving again). On Sep 7 2011 ...regulations, including pest control. In the unusual event we are made aware of a concern, we respond immediately to the situation and take the appropriate steps to remediate whatever problem we find. Many times guests inadvertently bring the bed bugs in with them in their luggage, brief cases, clothing, etc. They are more likely to get them on airplanes, cars, taxi's, movie theaters, etc.

On Sep 2 2011 Women hospitalized from severe infections due to bed bug bites. On Sep 1 2011 ...on the 7th day of stay. They didn't, and on the 9th day I insisted they check the room. After they checked my room, they found bedbugs and wrote a report confirming bed bugs in the room. I was finally given another room after little assistance from staff. I was bitten over 40 times and am currently in the hospital fighting off a bed bug allergic reaction and infection. Stay away from this hotel!
