On Jun 23 2012 An early check out wrote, ...same explanation, that they had their rooms inspected regularly and bla, bla, bla. Honestly we just wanted them to know that they should not rent that room until its clean of bugs. We could not wait to check out. Now we are washing all our clothes, spraying all our luggage with a desinfecting product, and hoping that we did not bring any of those nasty bugs with us. What an unpleasant experience!

On Jun 22 2012 We hate bugs! wrote, ...I am seeing that other people posted around the same time and later, so I think that may have been a lie on their part. They did reimburse our stay and valet and that I have to give them credit for. However, they definitely had beg bugs and did not admit to it. I know this can be a problem at any hotel, but because of this, I will never stay at any Omni with my family again.a little traumatized!

I woke up on March 24th with bites all over the trunk of my body-back, sides and front of my body. at first I thought it was from the shirt that I was given to wear in our booth. After days of wondering what this is, I looked it up on line and found out that I have bed bug bites all over me. I have reported this to the hotel.

On Jun 17 2011 Stayed here last weekend (June 11th and 12th. Woke up with bites all over my feet and legs. Reported it to management.
