On Aug 30 2011 ...really like this hotel - great lobby. I don't think there is any hotel that is immune from beg bugs, and obviously they don't want the bugs. but now that I know this can happen, I will never just toss my clothes/luggage around again and will always carefully check the bedding. BTW I never got a follow-up call or email (I subsequently emailed them to try to make sure they knew about the situation).

On Jul 20 2011 I just stayed at the Palmer house last week, July 11, 12, 13 2011. My room was clean and updated. I did not see any evidence of bugs of any kind. The staff could not have been any nicer. Unfortunately the breakfast area on the executive level should be much larger, as there was no room to sit.
