The first time of my life, i was allergic so i had so many spots on my legs and on my arms! It was horrible! Just 1 advice : NEVER, NEVER SLEEP IN THIS MOTEL ! Bacause Chicago is really an amaizing town !

There were bugs everywhere and we got a lot of very disgusting spots all over our body, even after leaving the motel. DO NOT GO THERE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY, THIS MOTEL IS NOT SAFE IN SO MANY WAYS !

On Nov 16 2011 BAD Beds and cockroaches too! Oct 29, 2011. CHecked in at 4 am after long trip. Saw bed bugs and cockroaches on bed. Told management immediately. Refused to refund night. Management will not even take calls to discuss bed bug issue. Stay away from here

When travelling with a 13yrs old and a 20mth old who looks to what their cartoon network ____ was on the list of things to see. The Manager was very rude when we told him the room was not cleaned and the phone would not work. Then to fine out they have BED BUGS! that was it were supposed to stay 3 nights we had to leave and rebook with the Marriott hotel.

On Jul 24 2011 bschuess wrote, ...I overlook its worn trappings and lack of amenities, but after we settled in we noticed swarms of bed bugs throughout the room. A sign in the lobby reads "complaints about rooms will not be accepted after first 5 minutes"!. A lack of light bulbs in the bedroom fixtures made sighting the bedbugs difficult at first. Sleep in your car across the street in the Jewel/Osco parking lot for a better experience.
