On Aug 16 2010 TheOODALoop wrote, ...were reservations for VIPs. We were not thrilled at their inability to manage a small room matrix; 4) No wi-fi in the rooms; 5) The business center/closet had an inoperable scanner and printer when we needed it badly. I was also surprised to see another review (after I had stayed) regarding bedbugs. I always check the mattress and didn't see any signs, but that could be a death knell if true.
