On Sep 23 2011 Meany wrote, ...and was exhausted so I took a shower and pulled the sheets back and noticed little tiny brown bugs all over the sheets, I called front desk who a guy named mike responded who was very nice and understanding as soon as he called the General Manager the manager called me and was just very disrespectful, and asked if I had any pets! On Jun 23 2011 ...a little rash on her forearm, when I checked the bed and pulled the sheets there were little brown bugs crawling all over the mattress, I assumed they were bed bugs, I reported the incident to front desk who were very responsive but the General Manager who's name by the way is Khalid was very arrogant and quite rude and did not seem to care about the situation at hand.
