On Jul 21 2012 Jenn115 wrote, We stayed two nights. Our first night, the room got so hot that we could not sleep; we had to be moved to a new room the next night. The bigger issue is that i got bed bug bites while at the hotel. Yuck! I won't be back.

On Jul 6 2012 July 2nd 2012 inspected the room and found a roach. We asked to change room. Inspected the second room and found a bed bug. We left and asked to be reimbursed (I am still waiting). What surprised me was that they never apologized or said anything about calling pet control.

On Oct 25 2011 I stayed from October 13-23 and part way through the visit noticed bumps but looked for bugs and didn't see them. Within 24 hours of arriving home I went to the doctor and was told it was bed bugs. I called the hotel to let them know and they were helpful.

Previously we had stayed here and loved it but it has consistenly gone down hill. Please fix it up it's worth it, prime location for visitors.
