On Aug 28 2011 Psobie wrote, ...clerk gave me a new pillow. I had a hard time getting to sleep, worrying about the possibility of bedbugs. My son had the room next door and found a mousetrap under the air conditioner. He said there was a "puke" stain in the carpeting. The air conditioning filters were very dirty. The pool is closed, the ice machine out of order. The breakfast is the very minimum compared to other Days Inn properties....

On Aug 11 2011 sharon r wrote, ...last one being a little better- at least the matresses seemed cleaner. Do not stay at this place! Breakfast was just as others have said- 2 pieces of white bread, old Danish and 2 kinds of cereal. My husband, who will eat anything, threw the Danish away. Days Inn should be ashamed. And before you go to the Red Roof Inn next door, check the bed bug registry. Just avoid Elkhart hotels altogether.
