On Nov 29 2011 Kathy wrote, Stayed at this hotel on November 23rd. Our reservation was from the 23rd thru the 27th. Around 3am on 11/24/11 we found bed bugs on our pillows. They were biting my 8 year old son. We caught one and took it to the front desk to show the person on duty. She pulled it up online and confirmed it was a bed bug. On Oct 24 2011 I WAS AN EMPLOYEE AT THIS LOCATION. 2 WOMEN STAYED IN EACH OF THE ROOMS EACH WOMAN WENT TO THE ER AND GOT PROOF OF BED BUG BITES. ONE WOMAN HAD ME PHYSICALLY GO INTO HER ROOM AND I SAW 2 SHE KILLED ONE AND ANOTHER WAS STILL MOVING AROUND. THE MANAGER WENT AND USED KITCHEN BUG SPRAY-THIS DOES NOT KILL BED BUGS.

On Oct 14 2011 Stayed on 1st floor, found live bed bugs on headboards, the staff returned my money. This is so disgusting and they need to do something about this!

On Aug 28 2011 aug 22 2011 found bedbugs in room 210 , 211 and 215 were being worked on , these were rooms previously stayed in weeks before. can only assume bedbugs were found there.
