On Aug 21 2012 ...inspection of my room, I noticed the dirty appearance of the mattresses used and quickly found 2 bed bugs. I immediately packed my belongings and notified thefront desk staff. The front desk clerk took a picture of the bed bug I collected and said she would tell the manager, whom has not contacted me since I reported the incident. I left the hotel immediately without using my last night's reservation....

On Nov 16 2011 melaniegm wrote, ...utensils in the kitchen. They all had stained, worn furniture and the hallways needed to be painted. We finally decided to check for bedbugs and found no mattress pads on the beds and stains on the bedspreads. At that point it didn't matter whether there were bedbugs, we were going elsewhere. The front desk clerk was very nice and understanding - the one bright spot in the whole experience.
