On Dec 6 2012 Me and my family checked in around November 21, 2012. The first room had roaches so we moved to a different room and the same floor. We didn't realize we had bed bugs until two days later. I was bitten 60 times and my son over 150. The hotel housekeeping and manager admitted they had them but the owner does want to take responsibility.

On Aug 27 2012 We checked in to the Ramada the evening of the 15th, and noted that the room wasn't the cleanest we'd seen, but were exhausted. On Apr 10 2011 I got ready to get in the bed, and saw something. I thought it was a piece of lint (until it started moving)My husband looked, and said that's a bed bug. We got out of the room and checked out. This was April 8th of 2011.
