On Sep 1 2012 ...stayed at this hotel. We have since contacted an exterminator that confirmed our fear that we have bed bugs in our bed. Upon discovering this site, we contacted Lacey, the GM of the Best Western, to let her practice her "great customer service" she has been specially trained in. She was not interested in even looking into the problem. Her only response to our concerns was "We don't have bed bugs."...

On Aug 10 2011 Stayed here on business. Never stayed anywhere before with bed bugs although I travel frequently for work and all over the country. I left in the morning without realizing I had been bitten, but within 24 hours had several places where I had the characteristic groups of three or four bites. The bites were on my face, which seems to conclusively point to bed bugs. The bites were painful and bothered...
