On Jul 14 2012 waterbozo wrote, Bed bugs on us in the night. Management came to the room and took some away in a cup. We left at 2 a.m. Called the owner and was told desk clerk said I brought them to the desk . Treated me as if I brought them in . Spoke to me in a very condescending manner. Best western corporate was useless. Never staying with them anywhere again
