On Mar 17 2011 Jan Patel (General Manager) I would like to comment on this report. Since the reported date our hotel has been thoroughly inspected and there are no bed bugs at this property. The Staff at the Best Western Governors Inn and Suites are completely trained to detect this type of situation. Our hotel is fully inspected on a monthly basis. On Nov 3 2010 On September 3, 2010 we stayed at the Best Western off Emporia in Wichita Kansas. My daughter woke up with bites all over her the next morning. Since then, we have been battling bed bugs in our home. We have gotten our house exterminated twice and about to go a third round. She never had any bites before her stay at Best Western.
