On Jul 28 2012 ...the pool so we went to the bathroom to change. To our horror we were greeted with roaches or water bugs I'm no expert. Then while eating before we went outside we noticed an army of ants this was all in room 211. We phoned the front desk and the woman whom I'm assuming is from india because of her accent told me they would spray. I told her I wanted my money back. She told me they do not do refunds...

On Apr 13 2012 On March 12, 2012 we stayed in room 303. The morning after our stay my husband saw a bug crawling across the bed. Upon investigating, we realized this was a bedbug! I was staying here with my daughter and her family (my grandkids). I took the bug down to the front desk and was refunded my money for the room that we found the bug in.

On Jul 4 2011 AS THE MANAGER OF THIS LOCATION, I WOULD LIKE TO SAY ON OUR BEHALF THAT WE TAKE ALL SITUATIONS SERIOUSLY. WE PERSONALLY DID NOT SEE ANY BED BUGS WHEN WE WENT TO CHECK THIS ROOM BUT HAD THE ROOM TREATED ON A PRECAUTION. THE COMPANY THAT DID SPRAY OUR LOCATION, DID NOT SEE ANY EVIDENCE OF BED BUGS AS WELL.

On Jun 19 2011 Arrived on Friday 17June 2011 and dropped or luggage off and went to eat. Upon returning to the room my wife pulled back the covers and saw the first adult bedbugs. We took it to the front desk to report it and went back to the room to pack. We saw several more, checked out and left. Hotel denies infestation.
