On Jul 23 2012 we stayed there for three nights. After the second night we noticed the bites and they moved us to another room with no problem. they also comped all three nights for us. the bites are all over - legs, arms, belly, neck, lower back. they claim to do a preventive spray every three months and said that they would exterminate the entire facility. it's obviously been a complete inconvenience and costly...

On Jun 10 2010 Saw bedbug crawling across bed while on computer late at night, looked at it closely because I thought it was a weird-looking tick, instinctively it flicked away, and spent then realized what it was. Immediately put everything I brought on top of the entertainment stand. I'm supposed to spend the next 3 nights here as well and am not happy about this at all.
