On Jul 6 2012 Tonya Browning wrote, 07/06/2012 Arrived @3:30 pm staff very friendly. Sent us to room 326. We walked in and immediately I checked the bed as I always do when staying away. ____! That bed was filled with not only bed bugs, But food crumbs and blood stains. Took our stuff and left. Told staff at front desk that we were not staying and why. Again they were nice but didn't seem surprized.

On Jul 11 2011 Bri wrote, ...I saw reports on this beforehand, I called the hotel to see if they had any recent issues with bedbugs. Front desk clerk told me they "had never had bed bugs." I had him repeat it to be sure and yes- this is what he said to both me and my boss! Checked in and did a thorough search of the room just to be sure. Didn't see anything on the mattress, box springs, or sheets/pillows. Saw a Dateline episode...

On Jun 13 2011 I checked in on May 10th. I was in room 205. I checked and did not see any evidence of bugs in the room. However, about 10:45 one crawled up on me, and then on further inspection I saw 3 more on the bed. The front desk was helpful in getting me reservations at another hotel.

On Apr 19 2011 In State Visitor wrote, ...back the mattress pad and found it to be clean with no apparent problems. At 11:30 PM I saw a bug crawing across the bed. On Mar 3 2011 ...us. While we were getting ready, we saw one crawl across the bed. We took it to the front desk. They lied to us, trying to make us believe that it was not a bedbug. They moved us to another room. After a thorough inspection, we found a bedbug in that room as well. The hotel did offer to send us to another hotel at their expense. They sent us to the Holiday Inn Express, which has bed bugs as well.

On Dec 18 2010 Rm 227 my wife woke up to bed bugs. Killed two in the bed.
