On May 14 2011 A very mad customer! wrote, ...and asked that he immediately come to our room and after refusing to come I told him I found bed bugs. And he preceded to say I'll refund your money. When I asked if that was all he planned to do he stated we will treat on Monday. Yea well my hand and arms swelled so badly I had to miss work on Sunday! Grr! On Dec 20 2010 We stayed here on Nov. 12th. We saw them late that night and reported it. They offered to give us a different room. We said no thanks. Clerk didn't know how to refund our card so we had to call the manager the next day. She said she would refund the money, somehow we got charged again. Finally after close to two weeks we got our money back. They did not seem to care at all they had this issue.

On Dec 4 2010 We stayed at Red Roof Inn over the Thanksgiving holiday. We came home with bed bugs. We all woke up with bites and after seeing a doctor, it was confirmed as bed bugs. We reported it to the Inn, and they didn't seem to care and were not going to inform their current guests of the situation.
