On Apr 23 2012 Angela P wrote, ...believe it! There were bite marks all over the place. It put a realy damper on the first two days of the cruise because I was itching a lot and my mom and I had to go to the infirmary to get antibiotics, anti-itch cream, and alcohol pads to clean out the area. Eventually, the bites went down and I enjoyed my trip. All in all, if it wasn't for the bed bugs, this hotel would've gotten three stars.

On Jan 15 2012 Nick H wrote, ...hotels), As for how clean the rooms are, they are very clean and I believe it is the age of the hotel that puts people off. Remember this hotel has been through many changes and been around for a while. Overall a good hotel with an amazing continental breakfast and friendly service.PS there were families staying in this hotel and no bed bugs or roaches like I had read about.WILL STAY HERE AGAIN.

On Oct 27 2011 Stayed at this Hotel 10/20 through 10/24. We were initially checked into room 505 and we found 3 live bedbugs crawling on boxsprings for one of the beds. We reported this to the front desk and asked to be moved to another room. The hotel was extremely full but they were able to put us in a new room and they were very apologetic and gracious. We did not find any live bugs in the new room but we did...

On Oct 26 2011 will s wrote, ...a prostiute with him.laughed that off as local flare and declined. HOWEVER I am not ok with the bedbug nightmare I am enduring 24 hrs after staying in this dump. Saw a spot or bug on the sheets and didn't think much of it.until later when the bites started itching, blistering, and oozing puss. Try to find a different place. We stayed at the Staybridge Suites earlier in the week, and it was fine....
