On Jun 8 2011 dfwjetsetter wrote, ...property; when I complained, they gave me a breakfast voucher. Hardly worth the bad room. So my question is, WHY PUT US IN SUCH A HORRIBLE ROOM WHEN THE HOTEL IS ALMOST EMPTY? I killed a bug crawling on my bed. It was NOT a bed bug, but some strange bug. I realize this is sometimes unavoidable, but I was on the third floor and thought this unusual. Moral of the review: Looks are VERY deceiving.
