On Jan 7 2013 I stayed in Room 323 for one night. My wife and I were covered with bites. We proceeded to contact the general manager but he refused the claims. I am not the only person who witnessed this. I really do not want anyone to have to go through this humiliation as we did.

On Nov 2 2010 I stayed in room 335 with my girlfriend for 2 nights. We were covered with bites after 2 nights. We didn't realize that it was bed bugs until we got home and thought about it. We did research on bed bug bites and we had all the tell-tale signs.
