On May 18 2011 Dakotacris wrote, I feel terrible for writing bad reviews, especially when this place is a cute place, has nice staff, and is in a good area, but I have the 20-25 bites as my memento of staying here. Tthe stress of bed bugs is not worth anything. Please reconsider staying here until they have addressed this issue.

On Feb 15 2011 530am I woke up for the Mardi Gras marathon and started drinking my tea in bed- I found a bed bug on my pillow. After getting up my husband also found he had a bite and was bleeding. We later found another bed bug in a towel in the bathroom. This was room #44 at the hotel. I did not pull back the sheets, but packed all my stuff into plastic bags and left. We quickly identified it (google) and verified that we were indeed infested.
