On Aug 26 2012 August 24, 2012 was laying in bed watching tv and playing on phone. Room 232. Saw a bug walk from my pillow past my face and flicked it away. Then looked up on internet about them. Another one came soon after. Demanded a room change, barely slept and checked out next morning. They had to have room service inspect the room first then recieved a phone call saying it was found. Got the room for free....

On Oct 22 2011 October 15, 2011 in Room 232. On returning home, bites appeared on my daughter and me. She had over 500 bites while I had around 100.

On Apr 7 2011 MrPish wrote, ...all our luggage, there was no way we were taking it the 1/2 mile from the front door. The ice machine on our floor was out of order so I had to hoof it up to the second floor for that: no big deal. Again, there were no bed bugs, for which we were grateful. It was comfortable, affordable and conveniently located about 15 minutes from downtown Providence. Of course, we had a handy travel coupon!

Unfortunately I also found a live bedbug in our room. We quickly packed our bags and vacated the room. We cancelled our second night. We told the assistant at the front desk who stated that they: "Didn't know what they could. Guests bring them in."

On Jul 27 2010 I stayed here on 7/26/10. Woke up in the middle of the night with bites on my shoulder. Found the bug on my back. Captured it, indentified it as a bed bug and brought it to the front desk. Room 227.
