On Sep 8 2010 I had my first encounter with bedbugs at this location. When we complained to the manager, we were treated in a very snarky fashion. Almost as if WE were the problem, not the bugs. This happened in September 2007, and we will NEVER stay in Courtyard/Marriott again. EVER.

On Mar 9 2010 I stayed at Courtyard by Marriott Boston Brookline on March 2, 2010. I had to wake up at 3 am because of itchiness, and found several bug bites in my whole body. I started searching for a bug and finally found it on our bed. On Mar 9 2010 myasunshine wrote, Very poor customer service and poor sanitary in a hotel room. I found bedbugs on my bed, so had to check out the following morning. I would not recommend this hotel!
