On Jul 8 2010 kdh1 wrote, ...while propping up against the pillow to read. I told myself it probably wasn't from mites or bedbugs, but thought about it. Then at bedtime, I pulled back the covers and saw that the bed was far from clean. The other bed in the room, which had my kids in it already, was luckily clean (or appeared to be). Although the hotel made it right in terms of a refund, it would have been nice to hear an apology...
