On Jul 23 2011 Ocean2W wrote, It was 3 in the morning when my daughter found a BED BUG crawling on her. When she woke me up I found several of them on the bed. I killed two, when I killed the two I saw blood stains. This was on the second floor. We got moved to another room. My family and I could not sleep. The next room we moved to we saw a blood stain on the pillow. This hotel is filthy, I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone....

On Jul 11 2008 Holiday Inn Springfield Downtown wrote, Yep! Bedbugs! Eww. Heard it on the news.WWLP -Just a few days ago. The guy this happened to said he lifted his pillow and there was a bug. Then he lifted the other pillow - only to find more than 1 bug there. He even took a pic of it on his cell phone. The Hotel did have the exterminator come, and the rooms on each side, and above and below \"the room\" were closed off.
