On Sep 26 2011 SavvyTraveler618 wrote, Beautiful hotel, unfortunately had a room last night infested with bed bugs and missed the training seminar. Informed hotel staff of the problem - assured them I wasn't looking for a free night. Response received was lukewarm at best. I rated the rooms poor specifically because of the bedbug problem.
