No bunching, comfortable night's sleep. Clean sheets & mattress. I like the pod coffee maker, good for making tea that doesn't taste like coffee. Also, there was hot water & coffee service in the lobby (all day?) in the evening. Nice lobby with chairs...

On Aug 9 2012 creeped out wrote, I was watching the olympics and notice a bed bug crawling on my finger but wasn't sure if it was a bed bug. Went to check pictures on-line and notice another larger bug and also put it in the cup. After checking on-line I realized my fears were correct. Now I'm speding time trying to figure out what I need to do to make sure I don't bring these bad guys home with me.

On Oct 8 2010 Management had the room inspected by a professional company and it was found that the room did not have any signs of bedbugs upon their inspection.

On Aug 17 2010 Nichole wrote, The second we walked into the room we checked the beds. We found bed bugs that were both dead and alive so we put them in a cup and took it to the front desk. The girl there seemed defensive and was very rude. In the end the manager told her to refund our money. The aggrivation and hassle was so overwhelming that it made our stay a nightmare.
