On Jul 2 2012 Claire S wrote, ...way. Well I never heard back from them. I called them 3 days after and she said she could have a report to me in a couple of days. That too has not made it my way. THESE are truly bites. a week later I am still suffering from the more aggressive biters. BE ADVISED as this was a stay coming from my house. My house does not have Bed Bugs. I have pictures. but not something people would want to see.
