On Feb 24 2012 Bill C wrote, ...we were sleeping an employee responded to our remote issue. Knocked once, and then entered our room with his master key. While we were sleeping! To top it all off, we awoke Sunday morning and found a bed bug in the sheets. Captured it in a cup and gave it to the person at the desk. He told us someone would be in contact with us. Been almost 2 weeks and haven't heard from them. DONT STAY HERE!
