On Nov 27 2011 Found a live bed bug on the pillow in room 241 on 11/27/11 at 6:30am before checking out of the hotel. I stayed there for 4 nights and would check each day for any signs, but didn't see any evidence of them until leaving. Reported it to the front desk clerk and her only response was "nasty". Now I have to take precautions with my luggage etc. now that I've arrived home.

No charge for one of two days. Room 410 was infested with many generations of BED BUGS. We found them, you would think housekeeping would have found them first. We collected a few to show the front desk and contacted the health dept.
