On Feb 13 2012 Bob wrote, We have checked with all of our Front Office agents at our hotel including the Front Office Manager and they did not receive any reports of Bed Bugs. We do not know where this alert originated but it did not happen at the Hilton Grand Rapids Airport Hotel. Could someone contact us regarding this FALSE claim?

On Feb 10 2012 Jon wrote, My colleague was awakened in the middle of the night, and found a bed bug crawling on his arm. He killed it and put it in a tin, taking it to the front desk to prove it to them. They apologized and offered to comp his room. Later, he received a call from someone in management, either at the hotel or corporate. He ____ out as to what to do to protect his family and home when he returned.
