On Feb 23 2012 pw wrote, We checked into the Hampton Inn in Kalamazoo on Kilgore Rd and when we got into our room we immediately pulled the sheets off the bed to look for bed bugs in the seam of one of the mattresses. We thought we had seen one so, we checked the other mattress and when we checked the seam we saw several. On May 1 2011 rfuerer wrote, ...in - the front desk staff were friendly- and went to our room. Once in the room we immediately stripped the corners of the beds to check for bed bugs - I've done this a ton of times because I travel often for business. BUT I NEVER EXPECTED TO FIND THEM! Both beds were loaded with bed bugs - so gross! We immediately left and asked for a refund - which we had trouble getting. Not recommended.
