Of all the hotels I've stayed at in Kalamazoo (many, since I often stayed with my parents when they came to visit me as a student), this is the 2nd worst. By the way, though there were no bedbugs (surprisingly, actually), the mattresses are stained and nasty. Don't look at them unless you have to-though I would actually make sure there are no bedbugs.

On Sep 3 2012 Wayne M wrote, ...bed. The sink fawcet handle came off when turning on the water, and there was a large, live bug on the bathroom floor, plus there were bug parts laying between the bed sheet and matress pad (yes, we always check for bed bugs that way.) The wall containing the tub fawcets was smashed in and broken. When we turned on the room heater, smoke started coming out of it and set off the in-room smoke alarm....
