On Nov 1 2012 ...was covered with many tiny spots of her blood. When my coworker arrived later, she too saw the bugs, and photographed them. She informed the front desk, and they offered her another room - she declined the offer. A full refund was given. Amazingly, neither my coworker or her son was bitten. She said that only one bed seemed to be infested. She was told by the staff that four rooms would be closed...
