On Aug 20 2011 I was concerned about staying here after the 2010 report, so on arrival we did the full bed bug inspection - strip to the mattress and remove the headboard. I was happy to see that there was NO bug activity. If there was a problem in the past, they've addressed it. We were in a 2nd floor room on the inside.

On Sep 1 2010 There have been 4 rooms taken off market due to the problem. Owners/management have known since July and are just now taking care of this (it's September 1st!) by using bug bombs. Not only is this ineffective, it's also causing concerns for employees.
