On Aug 19 2012 Checked in to room 384 on Sunday, August 12, 2012. Woke up Monday morning with a juvenile bed bug on my left arm. Confirmed its identity on my iPad & watched mature bugs crawl across the pillows as I called down to the front desk. Was moved to room 381. They had my clothes dry cleaned, washed the pillowcases on the pillows I'd brought from home, & had the exterminator check my suitcase. I bought rubber...

On Aug 19 2012 jetlagged303 wrote, ...shampoo and conditioner. Even when I asked housekeeping for lotion, I was told they only furnish it for "suites." But that was small potatoes compared to waking up with massive numbers of bedbug bites. Disgust is the only appropriate term that comes to mind to describe this establishment. I'm sure the pool area is a draw for families with children. Better hope your room isn't a haven for bedbugs.

On Dec 28 2008 SallyannBrewster wrote, ...at midnight or so we separated and went to our respective rooms. One woman found crumpled tissues in her bed. She was very upset. We checked in our linens and actually found bed bugs. The conversations with front desk were strained to say the least. I had several bites from the bed bugs. Unfortunately the woman who found the crumpled tissues in her bed lost her genteel cool. Well, who wouldn't?
