On Jun 15 2012 pulled back sheet on bed and saw bed bugs. I reported them to the person on duty and they just moved me to room 325. The person at the desk acted like he already knew and did not call the hotel manager. He told me that I would have to come talk to the manager in the morning. This is unacceptable and I would like the bed bug infestation investigated. The cost of the room was over $100.
