Our staff is trained to thoroughly inspect each guest room during cleaning and maintenance to ensure it is ready for our guests' arrival. If any issues were ever noticed or a guest were to mention a concern, we would immediately have the room investigated by our licensed pest control company and follow their professional recommendations for treatment.
