No evidence of bed bugs or bed bug activity was found. I encourage Anonymous to see a doctor as whatever caused his welts didn't happen here. On Dec 12 2011 Kris Olson wrote, This is Kris Olson, Director of Operations and Assistant General Manager responding to the Anonynous Report regarding our history with bedbugs. A room was treated in the hotel after a confirmed sighting. Guardian Pest Control completed the thermal treatment of the affected room and certified the room as cleared for occupancy. On Dec 6 2011 Unfortunately, Holiday Inn on Superior St. in downtown Duluth has had frequent problems with bedbugs. They had thermal extermination last summer and again last week and are having Guardian Pest Control perform thermal extermaination today. Ugh! I hope that they get them all this time!
