On Oct 10 2011 oakdruid wrote, ...did not seem to care. I suggested that a small credit at the restaurant would make me happier, so I could get a fruit cup, he could not be bothered with this. It was this lack of customer service which ultimately left the worst taste in my mouth. Positives. well, no bed bugs. Stay at the Hilton just a couple blocks from this hotel. It is much nicer, and they actually understand customer service.

On Dec 22 2010 jbromfield787 wrote, I am an airline crew member. I checked in and had to have maintenance come to look at the heater, which was squealing loudly. He had to take the whole thing out and replace it. Shortly after, I killed a bed bug (room 1004) and had to change rooms. I know I will not sleep a wink tonight.
