On Sep 23 2012 ...if it was housekeeping or maintenance and they said it was fine. That night I got more bite marks on my legs. I will never stay there again. They are a dirty hotel and I would rather stay at Super 8. They are cleaner then this hotel. Look in the corners of your room when you stay there. They have bed bugs for sure. I think they are infested but won't do anything about it. Gross hotel , nasty.

On Sep 17 2012 I stayed at the homewood Suites Mall of America many times and I just was there Sept 13-16th in Room 512 and was bite over 100 times and the hotel did nothing at all. They were all over the room. In the closet, on my bed. That room was infested bad. But the hotel said that was ok and did nothing.
