The room security system seems lacking (dead bolt questionable and the chain on our door was literally hanging off). We asked for a quiet room away from elevators and vending machines. On Aug 31 2010 I did not see any bugs but I did wake up with a handful of bites on me. It didn't occur to me they were bed bugs, I thought it might have been spider bites. I found out this hotel has had a problem so I thought it was important to report my story. I stayed August 27-29, 2010.

On Jul 28 2010 Stayed at this hotel on May 11. Woke up with 5-9 bites on arm. I reported to the Manager who indicated they hadnt had problems but would follow up. Ultimately they couldn't find anything and denied that I could have been bitten - HOusekeeping Director thought I must have been poked by the feathers in their duvets. I know for a fact I was bitten by the 9 scar marks on my arm to this date and the antibiotics/steroids...
