On Aug 29 2011 Joseph Ryan wrote, ...this hotel just recently. Had I known, I would NOT have stayed here. The hotel denied any sort of bed bug reports and also insisted there were no signs of these bugs. Clearly they have an issue based on the many reviews I have just read. Now I am left with my body, along with my wife's, covered with bites. I will never stay here again. The hotel management has no sympathy for it's customers it seems. Jo

On Aug 24 2011 We stayed at this hotel August 11th-13th and I got bed bug bites from what we think was the couch or the bed. My husband did not get bit, but I have over 50 bites on my arms, legs, neck, face.

Only bugs we have ever seen are small ants, but what do you expect in summer in MN. I like to keep up to date with websites when I travel. This motel is nice and classy, bed bugs are in cheap motels.

On Aug 12 2011 toni wrote, ...more red and much itchier. The bumps are now red and in clumps of 2-3. My niece has them on her arms and legs, my daughter has them on her arms, legs and face (they both wore tank tops and shorts to bed). Based on what I have read and the pictures I have seen, they are definitely bed bugs. I have called the hotel to let them know what happened and they said that a manager would call me back.
