On Oct 10 2012 This hotel is the Doubletree by Hilton at 7800 Normandale Blvd. A friend checked in on Aug 23/12, saw spots on white bedding and a dead bug on boxspring . Didn't know what it was. Saw a bug crawling the next day, thought it was a spider. Picked it up, saw it wasn't but hey it's summer no big deal, you'll get the occasional bug right? Late Sunday nite in bed, saw out of the corner of her eye something...

On Sep 29 2011 Deb B wrote, I checked in on a Friday, pulled the covers back on the bed and found 2 small dead bugs. I informed the management who moved me to a new room. I did not think they were bed bugs, but I'm not an expert so I asked them to let me know what the bugs were when the exterminator showed up. When I checked out on Sunday I again asked them to let me know what the bugs were as I would leave my clothes and suitcase...
