I complained to the front desk and she said that she will informed the manager. Long story short.we decided to leave and they charged my credit card anyway. I still haven't gotten a refund on this horrible hotel but if you know anyone that needs a hotel to stay at this is not thee place they need to stay, even if it is just a bed to sleep in. you never know what they will leave with bed bugs or even worse.

My sister and I stayed at the Northwood INN after our stay we both noticed itchy raised red spots on our legs and arms. they hurt. We only later realized they were bed bugs. We reported this to the hotel. They said they did not believe it and they would have to find Pest control to prove it.
