On Oct 23 2012 ...I went to bed around 9:30pm, and my husband around 12:30am. I woke up at 5am and noticed a bug crawling on my sheets at the foot of the bed. I smashed it and got up to investigate farther and found another bug crawling on the sheets. I had cool water for my bath so I called the front desk, they said he would have his manager check, the next morning still no hot water for my shower so we didn't stay our 2nd night. When I checked out they gave me 2,00 points, no refund, no reduction in rate. I did check the bedbug register and at least there were no reports of any.
