On Aug 25 2011 JimMtZion_IL wrote, The hotel was beautiful and the shuttle service was great. After leaving and thinking we had mosquito bites, we soon learned they were bed bug bites. My husband called the hotel and left a voice message for the manager who had "just stepped out". A return call was made several hours later and he was told they had checked the room and found no evidence of bed bugs but would have a pest control service...

A few months ago I had seen a special on TV regarding bedbugs in a person's home and how the New York hotels were having difficulties with this pest. I thought it would be prudent to look at the beds in the hotel room, not anticipating to see anything as the TV show mentioned how difficult it was to spot bedbugs.
